Negotiate and contract for purchase of raw land with owners or through brokers, facilitate contract Management, prepare contract critical date schedule & data sheet, review title commitment and prepare objections, if any. Ensure action items completed by contract required dates, contract Inspection Period, review environmental report, review geotechnical reports.

We review zoning ordinance, submit rezoning request, if necessary. Attend City Planning & Zoning meetings, check for utility availability, prepare concept plan, prepare preliminary cost estimates, we provide land Closing, audit closing costs and proration’s & execute closing documents.
